Bittersweet is een band die Pop/Rock/Dance covers speelt. Bittersweet is niet de zoveelste coverband. Bittersweet speelt muziek waar de band zelf achter staat maar houdt daarbij ook rekening met zijn publiek, best of both worlds dus. Dat houdt ook in dat de band geen concessies doet als het gaat om muziek á la Frans Bauer, de zoveelste housecover of oude platgespeelde nummers als 'Like the way i do', Proud Mary etc.. Dat dit een succesvolle formule is blijkt telkens weer tijdens de optredens... Niet voor niets is het één van de meest gevraagde bands voor studenten- en pleinfeesten.
